Opening Positions

Consultant

The role will be to deliver a varied mix of technical based consultancy, with involvement in pre-sales and proof of concept work. We deliver innovative business consulting, process design, systems integration, application management and design to help our clients achieve business and IT outcomes that aligning with their strategic goals in achieving IT efficiencies especially in the 3rd platform (Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Social)

The qualified candidates should be:

Candidate should possess extensive experience of middleware tooling and fluent with AIX, Linux or other Unix type operating systems.
Proven ability to automate manual procedures utilizing shell scripting and tools.
Advanced experience analyzing and implementing procedures to improve system and application efficiency.
Fluent in Build/ Configuration Management, building deployment automation and related tooling, such as Rational, UrbanCode Deploy, industry standard source control software, build systems and Integrated Development Environments (IDE).
Preferably skilled in Java development.
Proven interpersonal and client-facing skills along with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
At least 4 years experience in technical based consulting

Sales Manager

It is Sales Manager role who is responsible for overall RAVE's solution portfolio service engagement and selling. The solution portfolio services cover all HW and SW eg. ZTE, BECKHOFF, RUCKUS, HP, FORTINET, SUN, CISCO etc. The job role is to generate mega IT service opportunities from market place including RAVE and none RAVE account base and lead engagement through service integration and managed service value with ITIL methodology to improve availability and reliability of client IT services and it's efficiency.

The qualified candidates should be:

Able to bring in innovative business model
Hold in-depth industry know-how and experiences to lead and drive industry business growth
Also capable to build up strong client relationship to help deal close as deal maker.
With 10 years or above IT service and solution business engagement and selling experience.
Rich experience on IT service business market, understand industries know how and ecosystem is preferred.
Strong leadership and perform well under strong business pressure
Mega IT service and solution deal engagement successful experience is preferred.

Solution Architect

The qualified candidates should be:

Analyzing customer IT requirements on IT infrastructure to develop solution that best meet customer requirements
Take lead in the engagement to perform high-level and in-depth solution presentation and proposal to customer
Perform project delivery when necessary
Support Service Line team to develop hybrid Infra Offerings
Strong IT industry experiences and broad knowledge on IT infrastructure
5+ years related working experience is preferable
Be familiar with IT infrastructure and have Solution Architect related experience
Passion for learning and innovation
Passionate presentation and communication skills
Ability to quickly grasp strategic customer/partner business objectives and develop the vision, solution and execution plans to address these objectives

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible in the service engagement and selling of RAVE's overall solutions portfolio to both government and GLCs. The solution portfolio services cover all HW and SW eg. ZTE, BECKHOFF, RUCKUS, HP, FORTINET, SUN, CISCO etc. The job role is to generate mega IT service opportunities from market place including RAVE and none RAVE account base and lead engagement through service integration and managed service value with ITIL methodology to improve availability and reliability of client IT services and it's efficiency.

The qualified candidates should be:

Reporting to Sales Manager
Able to bring in innovative business model
Hold in-depth industry know-how and experiences to lead and drive industry business growth
Also capable to build up strong client relationship to help deal close as deal maker.
With at least 2 years or above IT service and solution business engagement and selling experience.
Rich experience on IT service business market, understand industries know how and ecosystem is preferred.
Strong leadership and perform well under strong business pressure
Mega IT service and solution deal engagement successful experience is preferred.
